The 2022 Canadian Open is a men's and women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It will be the 132th edition of the men's tournament and 120th edition of the women's tournament.

Also known as the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, the tournaments are part of the 2021 US Open Series. The Men's tournament is a Masters 1000 event with the women's tournament a WTA 1000 event.

Both tournaments are being played from 7 to 14 August and are part of the 2022 US Open Series. The men's event is being played at IGA Stadium in Montreal, the women's tournament at Aviva Centre in Toronto.

Daniil Medvedev and Carlos Alcaraz are the top two seeds in the men's draw with Iga Swiatek and Anett Kontaveit the top two seeds in the women's draw.
