The 2023 Indian Wells prize money is $8,800,000 with the singles winners collecting $1,262,220 and the runners-up earning $662,360.

The men's tournament is an ATP Tour Masters 1000 event with eight of the Top 10 players in men's tennis competing including Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev .

The women's event is a WTA 1000 tournament. All Top 10 players in women's tennis are taking part including Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, Maria Sakkari andElena Rybakina.

Both events at Indian Wells Masters are played on outdoor hard courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California, United States, rom 6 to 19 March.
