The Internationaux de Strasbourg was founded in 1987. It was formally known as the Strasbourg Grand Prix and was played at the Hautepierre before moving to the Strasbourg’s Tennis Club in 2011.
Past champions include Steffi Graf, Jennifer Capriati, Lindsay Davenport, Maria Sharapova and Samantha Stosur.
