2024 Men's US Open - Winner Betting Odds
The 2024 US Open saw another huge shock in the men's draw with Novak Djokovic knocked out in the third round by Alexei Popyrin. The Serbian joins Carlos Alcaraz as early casualties in New York.
Popyrin won 6-4 6-4 2-6 6-4 to hand Djokovic his earliest US Open exit in 18 years. The World No.2 served a career-high 14 double faults in a Grand Slam match and made 49 unforced errors, saying "I have played some of the worst tennis I have ever played."
World No.3 Carlos Alcaraz suffered a huge upset in the second round after suffering a straight sets defeat to unseeded Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp.
Jannik Sinner now dominates the betting market with Alexander Zverev and Daniil Medvedev the obvious contenders. Taylor Fritz and Grigor Dimitrov will fancy their chances of claiming a first Grand Slam title.
