It was her fourth win of the week, having come through the qualifying rounds with three straight-set victories.
Jacquemot had entered her previous Grand Slam appearance earlier this year at Roland Garros without a single tour-level win in 2025, yet still reached the third round, where she lost in three sets to fellow Frenchwoman and eventual semifinalist Lois Boisson.
