Advice for Betting on the 2025 Madrid Open

The main factors to take into account when betting on the 2025 Madrid Open is history at the event and clay court form.

Petra Kvitova is a three-time winner (2011, 2015, 2018) and Ons Jabeur was victorious in 2022. Iga Swiatek is the defending champion after beating Aryna Sabalenka in the 2024 final, Sabalenka a two-time champion (2021, 2023).

Former finalists include Victoria Azarenka and Jessica Pegula. Pegula won the Charleston Open this month with Camila Osorio winning the Copa Colsanitas in her home event in Colombia.

The Stuttgart Open was the most high profile event last week with Jelena Ostapenko beating Sabalenka in the final. Jasmine Paolini and Ekaterina Alexandrova were the semi-finalists.

Elina Svitolina won the Open de Rouen without losing a set, beating Olga Danilovic in the final.
