Bookmakers have slashed the odds on cricket star Stuart Broad winning BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
Broad, who is retiring from all forms of cricket, took the winning wicket in the Fifth Ashes Test – the final game of his career.
And following those heroics, Coral slashed the odds on Broad being named the BBC Sports Personality of the Year for 2023 from 6/1 to 2/1.
“It was a fairytale finish to Stuart Broad's career at the end of what has been an incredible Ashes series,” Coral’s John Hill told FreeTips.com.
“We make the former fast bowler the favourite to be named the BBC Sports Personality of the Year when the award is given out in December.”
