Argentina come into this match in good form, although it is worth noting that they struggled at the start of the campaign. 3-2 defeats at the hands of Iran and the Netherlands saw Argentina get off to an awful start. They were far better in their must-win game against Egypt as they triumphed 3-2.

In the playoff, Argentina put in a huge performance, beating Serbia 3-0 to get them back on track. However, they now take on a Brazil side that have beaten them in four of their last five matches. If Argentina are to win this one, it would be a real upset.

Brazil have been excellent at the World Championships, winning all four of their game so far. A 3-2 victory over Cuba was followed by 3-0 wins over Japan and Qatar, with this seeing Brazil top their group.

They followed this brilliant performance up with a big 3-0 triumph over Iran in the playoffs to set this match up. For many, Brazil will be the favourites to win the competition, meaning Argentina will have to do something special to knock their opponents out.
