The 2026 WSOP Circuit Tallinn €1,500 Main Event began with Day 1a attracting 104 total entries toward its €1,000,000 prize pool. Defending champion Jenny Westerlund of Sweden busted during the flight, leaving 44 players to advance.

The 2026 World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) Tallinn Main Event has officially kicked off, bringing immediate drama to the felt as Day 1a concluded with a high-profile elimination. 

Swedish poker player Jenny Westerlund, the defending champion of the WSOP Circuit Tallinn Main Event, was among the casualties of the opening starting flight, busting out during Day 1a action.

Westerlund came into the tournament as the reigning titleholder, but her title defense came to an early end as she failed to make it through the initial starting session.

The flagship event of the series features a buy-in of €1,500 and carries a guaranteed prize pool of €1,000,000. Day 1a attracted a starting line-up of 104 total entries, setting the initial benchmark for the tournament field.
By the end of play on Day 1a, only 44 players remained in contention. Those surviving players have secured their spots for the next stage of the competition as future starting flights continue to build toward the final total prize pool figures.

With the defending champion out of the running early on, the 2026 WSOP Circuit Tallinn Main Event field is wide open. 

The remaining 44 survivors from Day 1a will watch closely as subsequent starting flights attempt to join them in the quest for the €1,000,000 prize pool.
