Complaints & Corrections Policy

Effective 20 August 2026 | Version 2.2

1. Scope

This Policy explains how FreeTips handles complaints, correction requests and concerns about FreeTips content or services.

It covers:

- factual accuracy and corrections;
- editorial standards;
- affiliate or commercial disclosure;
- privacy and cookie concerns;
- account or communication issues;
- accessibility concerns; and
- alleged infringement of legal rights.

FreeTips cannot determine or resolve a dispute concerning an Operator's gambling account, deposit, withdrawal, bet, bonus, verification process or payment. Those matters must be raised with the Operator or the relevant regulator or dispute-resolution body.

2. How to submit a complaint

Email help@freetips.com and include Complaint in the subject line.

Please provide, where available:

- your name and contact email;
- the URL of the relevant page;
- the date and time of the issue;
- a clear description of the concern;
- the correction or outcome requested; and
- supporting information or documents.

Do not send unnecessary identity documents, payment details, gambling passwords or other sensitive information.

3. Review process

FreeTips will assess whether the matter falls within this Policy and may request further information.

We normally aim to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed complaint within five business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Complex, legal, technical or third-party matters may take longer.

These periods are administrative targets and do not create a contractual deadline or alter any statutory right.

4. Corrections and updates

Where material FreeTips content is found to be inaccurate, we may correct, update, clarify or remove it.

A material correction may include an updated date or correction note where appropriate. Minor spelling, formatting or style changes may be made without a separate correction notice.

Correction, clarification, removal, suspension or investigation of Content does not constitute an admission of legal liability.

5. Commercial and offer complaints

Where a complaint concerns an Operator offer, FreeTips may check the information available from the Operator or affiliate provider.

Offers and terms can change without notice. The Operator's current terms govern any transaction.

FreeTips may remove or amend commercial content where it reasonably considers this appropriate, without accepting responsibility for the Operator or the user's transaction.

6. Privacy requests

Privacy-rights requests should use Privacy Request in the email subject line and will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

7. Legal notices

A notice alleging defamation, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful content or another legal violation should identify:

- the specific material and URL;
- the legal right said to be affected;
- the factual and legal basis of the complaint;
- the action requested; and
- the complainant's authority to act where the notice is submitted for another person.

FreeTips may seek further information before acting. Nothing in this Policy limits a right or obligation imposed by law.

8. Abusive or repetitive complaints

FreeTips may restrict correspondence that is abusive, threatening, knowingly false, automated, substantially repetitive or unrelated to FreeTips.

This does not prevent consideration of a genuine legal, privacy or safety concern.

9. Escalation

If you believe a material point was not considered, reply to the original response and state the point requiring review.

FreeTips may arrange a further review by a different editor or manager where reasonably appropriate.
