These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of FreeTips.com and any FreeTips website, application, account, newsletter, alert, notification or other service that links to these Terms.

FreeTips is provided by the legal entity identified on the Legal Information page. That page forms part of these Terms and identifies the party with whom you contract.

In these Terms:

- FreeTips, we, us and our mean the provider of the FreeTips service.

- Content means articles, betting tips, predictions, statistics, odds, results, ratings, reviews, offers, alerts, data and other material made available through FreeTips.

- Operator means a third-party bookmaker, casino, gambling operator or other commercial service linked to or discussed on FreeTips.

- Consumer User means a person using FreeTips wholly or mainly outside that person's trade, business, craft or profession.

- Business User means a person using FreeTips wholly or mainly for business, commercial or professional purposes.

By accessing or using FreeTips, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account or subscribe to a service, you may be required to confirm your acceptance expressly.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Responsible Gambling Policy should be read with these Terms.

FreeTips is a sports information, editorial and affiliate publishing service. Content may include sports news, analysis, betting tips, predictions, statistics, event previews, odds, bookmaker and casino reviews, comparisons, promotional information and links to independent third parties.

FreeTips may also provide account-based personalisation, email or SMS alerts, newsletters and other editorial features.

Features may vary by country, device and account status.

FreeTips is not:

- a bookmaker, casino or gambling operator;

- a betting intermediary, broker or exchange;

- a payment service;

- an agent or representative of an Operator;

- a financial, legal, tax or medical adviser; or

- a guarantor of any Operator, offer, payment, bet or result.

FreeTips does not:

- accept, arrange or place bets;

- accept or hold stakes or deposits;

- process gambling withdrawals;

- maintain gambling balances;

- settle, void or cash out bets;

- pay gambling winnings;

- open gambling accounts with Operators;

- conduct identity verification or anti-money-laundering checks for an Operator;

- provide self-exclusion from an Operator; or

- hold or control money belonging to an Operator or its customers.

Any registration, deposit, bet, withdrawal, bonus or other gambling transaction takes place solely between you and the relevant Operator under that Operator's terms.

FreeTips contains gambling-related content and is intended only for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a FreeTips account, subscribe to gambling-related communications or use account-based FreeTips services. A higher minimum legal gambling age may apply in your location or under an Operator's terms.

Access to FreeTips does not represent or guarantee that:

- gambling is lawful where you are located;

- an Operator is permitted to provide services to you;

- an offer is available in your location; or

- you satisfy an Operator's registration or eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and restrictions that apply to you. You must not use FreeTips to evade an age, identity, geographic, regulatory or other restriction imposed by law or by an Operator.

All Content is general, impersonal information or editorial opinion. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, therapeutic or personalised gambling advice.

Content is not an assessment of whether gambling is suitable for you and is not a recommendation that you gamble, use a particular Operator or place a particular bet.

FreeTips does not assess your finances, gambling history, personal circumstances, tolerance for risk or ability to sustain losses.

Your use of FreeTips does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, partnership or other special relationship. Except where applicable law imposes a duty that cannot be excluded, FreeTips does not assume a duty to advise you, monitor your conduct, protect you from gambling losses or intervene in your gambling activity.

Betting tips, predictions, ratings, selections, statistics and opinions are inherently uncertain. No Content guarantees:

- that an event will take place as expected;

- that a predicted result will occur;

- that a bet will win;

- that an Operator will accept or settle a bet;

- that a stated price or market will remain available;

- that an offer will be available to you; or

- that any strategy will be profitable.

Past performance does not guarantee future performance. A stated success rate, profit figure, return or historical record must not be treated as evidence that future selections will produce similar results.

Odds, scores, results, statistics and other data may be obtained from Operators, suppliers, contributors, public sources or automated systems. They may be delayed, incomplete, provisional, incorrectly matched, affected by time-zone differences or corrected after publication.

FreeTips does not guarantee real-time delivery, continuous updating, completeness or error-free Content.

Offers, bonuses, free bets, promotional codes, odds boosts and similar promotions are controlled by independent Operators. They may be changed, restricted or withdrawn without notice.

Material terms may include:

- geographic and age restrictions;

- new-customer requirements;

- minimum deposits or stakes;

- wagering requirements;

- qualifying odds or markets;

- excluded payment methods;

- maximum winnings;

- withdrawal conditions; and

- expiry dates.

The use of words such as free, risk-free, cashback or bonus does not mean that an offer is free of conditions or financial risk.

Information displayed by the Operator when you register, deposit or bet prevails over information displayed on FreeTips.

You are responsible for deciding:

- whether to gamble;

- which Operator to use;

- which market or selection to choose;

- how much, if anything, to stake;

- whether an offer is suitable;

- whether you satisfy an offer's conditions; and

- whether gambling is lawful and appropriate in your circumstances.

Before registering, depositing, claiming an offer or betting, you must independently check the Operator's current website and terms, including the event, market, selection, price, start time, time zone, eligibility conditions and regulatory status.

You must not act solely because information appeared on FreeTips.

FreeTips is funded partly through advertising, sponsorship and affiliate arrangements.

Some links are affiliate links. FreeTips may receive a fixed payment, commission, revenue share or other commercial benefit when a user clicks a link, registers, deposits, places a bet or completes another qualifying activity with an Operator.

Commercial arrangements may affect:

- whether an Operator is included;

- whether an offer is displayed;

- the placement or prominence of commercial content; and

- the countries or audiences to which particular content is shown.

FreeTips does not necessarily compare every Operator, product or offer available in a market.

An affiliate relationship does not make FreeTips a party to, agent for or guarantor of the Operator's contract with you. Further information appears in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Operators and other websites linked to or embedded within FreeTips are independent third parties.

A link, review, rating, comparison or reference does not guarantee an Operator's:

- licence or continued regulatory status;

- solvency;

- security;

- suitability;

- customer service;

- payment practices;

- availability in your location; or

- compliance with law or its own terms.

FreeTips does not control an Operator's account registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bets, settlement, bonuses, limits, closures, customer support, systems or payment of winnings.

Where FreeTips links to or embeds third-party streams, video, widgets, data or other services, the third party controls the underlying service and may impose its own terms, cookies and geographic restrictions.

Complaints concerning an Operator, gambling account or gambling transaction must be directed to the Operator or the relevant regulator or dispute-resolution body.

A FreeTips account is an editorial and personalisation account only. It is not a gambling account and cannot hold bets, stakes, deposits, gambling balances or winnings.

You must:

- provide accurate account information;

- use contact details you are entitled to use;

- protect your password, security answer and access credentials;

- prevent unauthorised access to your account; and

- notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent that it results from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary because of a security concern, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, automated abuse, interference with FreeTips, breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity or a legal requirement.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice unless doing so would compromise security, prevention of abuse or compliance with law.

Account features may be changed or withdrawn for a valid operational, security, legal or commercial reason. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

You may choose to receive newsletters, tips, offers, email alerts, SMS alerts or other communications.

Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms. Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it at any time using an unsubscribe mechanism or available account controls.

Email, SMS, push and messaging services depend on third-party networks and providers. FreeTips does not guarantee that an alert will be sent, delivered, received without delay, received before an event begins or remain accurate when received.

You must not rely on a FreeTips alert to place, amend, monitor, cash out or settle a bet.

Gambling involves the risk of losing money.

FreeTips does not monitor your gambling accounts, deposits, bets, losses, time spent gambling or self-exclusion status. FreeTips cannot determine whether gambling is causing you harm.

Responsible-gambling information is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, counselling or treatment.

FreeTips does not operate self-exclusion, deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods or gambling-account restrictions. These must be applied through the relevant Operator or an applicable external service.

Except where a duty is imposed by law and cannot be excluded, FreeTips does not assume responsibility for monitoring, identifying or intervening in an individual user's gambling behaviour.

Unless otherwise stated, FreeTips and its Content are owned by or licensed to the provider of FreeTips.

You may access FreeTips for personal, non-commercial use. You must not, without prior written permission:

- reproduce or republish a substantial part of FreeTips;

- systematically scrape or extract Content;

- use Content to create or populate a competing website, application, database or service;

- use automated systems to obtain Content at scale;

- frame, mirror or reproduce the website;

- remove ownership or attribution notices;

- use FreeTips branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement;

- resell or commercially exploit Content; or

- use Content to operate a betting, tipster, odds-comparison or affiliate service.

Permitted personal use does not transfer any intellectual-property or database right to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits lawful quotation, fair dealing or another right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

You must not use FreeTips:

- unlawfully or fraudulently;

- to facilitate underage or unlawful gambling;

- to evade an Operator's restrictions;

- to introduce malware or harmful code;

- to interfere with the operation or security of FreeTips;

- to gain unauthorised access to an account or system;

- to harvest personal information;

- to impersonate another person;

- to transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;

- to manipulate traffic, clicks or affiliate attribution;

- to create false registrations or qualifying actions;

- to overload the service; or

- to bypass technical protections.

We may take proportionate technical or legal action to prevent or investigate misuse.

Where FreeTips permits comments, messages, reviews or other submissions, you remain responsible for your material.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, malicious, infringing, intentionally false or misleading, or contains personal data you are not entitled to disclose.

You warrant that you have the rights required to submit the material. You grant FreeTips a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, moderate and display the material to the extent reasonably required to provide and promote the relevant feature.

We may remove or restrict material, but do not undertake to review or approve every submission before publication.

We take reasonable steps to operate and protect FreeTips, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may correct, update, suspend, replace or remove Content at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature for a valid reason, including security, maintenance, technical changes, supplier changes, low usage, commercial changes or legal requirements.

Where a material change affects an ongoing account-based service for a Consumer User, we will provide notice where required by law.

Removing or correcting Content does not constitute an admission that it was unlawful or that FreeTips is liable.

FreeTips may be affected by internet or telecommunications failures, hosting failures, cyberattacks despite reasonable safeguards, power failures, third-party software or data failures, supplier failures, regulatory action, event cancellations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate protection for your own device, browser, network, email account and credentials.

FreeTips is not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

- death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited by law;

- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

- wilful misconduct;

- liability under data-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded;

- mandatory consumer rights; or

- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, FreeTips is responsible to a Consumer User only for loss that is a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of FreeTips breaching these Terms or failing to exercise a standard of care required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeTips is not responsible for:

- a decision to gamble or not to gamble;

- the amount of a stake;

- a losing, rejected, limited, cancelled or voided bet;

- lost, anticipated or hypothetical winnings;

- a lost chance to place, amend or cash out a bet;

- a missed price, market, promotion or bonus;

- a difference between FreeTips Content and information displayed by an Operator;

- loss that could reasonably have been avoided by checking the Operator's current information before acting;

- a delayed, incomplete or undelivered alert;

- an Operator's act, omission, insolvency or failure to pay;

- unauthorised activity caused by a user's failure to protect credentials;

- loss caused by a third-party system outside FreeTips' reasonable control;

- loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant service was used; or

- any business or professional loss.

Business or professional loss includes loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, reputation or anticipated savings arising from use of FreeTips for business purposes.

Nothing in this section removes a remedy that applicable consumer law requires FreeTips to provide.

This section applies only to Business Users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeTips will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for:

- indirect or consequential loss;

- loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, contracts, savings, goodwill or reputation;

- loss, corruption or unavailability of data;

- wasted expenditure;

- gambling losses or anticipated winnings;

- claims arising from an Operator;

- interruption or loss of service;

- reliance on Content; or

- a decision made using Content.

FreeTips' total aggregate liability to a Business User arising out of or in connection with FreeTips, the Content or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

- EUR 100; and

- the total amount, excluding VAT, paid directly by that Business User to FreeTips for the affected service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This cap applies collectively to all claims arising from the same or related facts, events or circumstances.

Each Business User acknowledges that FreeTips is principally a free, general publishing service not designed for professional reliance and that the exclusions and cap reflect that status.

This section applies only to Business Users.

You will indemnify FreeTips and its provider against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable external legal costs arising from:

- your unlawful use of FreeTips;

- your material breach of these Terms;

- material or data submitted by you;

- infringement of another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;

- automated scraping or extraction carried out by you;

- manipulation of traffic or affiliate attribution;

- your representation that you are authorised by or connected with FreeTips; or

- your use of FreeTips or its Content in a commercial product or service without permission.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim was caused by FreeTips' fraud, wilful misconduct or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings interface.

These Terms do not limit rights or obligations under applicable data-protection law.

You may stop using FreeTips at any time. Where account-deletion controls are available, you may use those controls or contact us to request closure.

We may suspend or terminate access for a valid reason described in these Terms.

Terms concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnity, governing law and matters intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms for a valid reason, including changes to FreeTips, technology, security requirements, applicable law, regulatory requirements, commercial arrangements or our corporate structure.

The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.

Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change affecting an account-based service. A change will not retrospectively remove a claim or right that arose before the change took effect.

These Terms are governed by Irish law.

If you are a Consumer User, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would apply to you in the absence of this choice. The Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before another court under applicable mandatory law.

For Business Users, the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with FreeTips or these Terms.

If part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

No person other than you and the provider of FreeTips has a right to enforce these Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement concerning your use of FreeTips. They do not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of FreeTips, provided that the transfer does not reduce a Consumer User's mandatory rights.
