Stake Launches Double Trouble Versions of Four NoLimit City Slots
Stake has launched Double Trouble versions of four NoLimit City slots—Duck Hunters, Mental 2, Seamen, and Fire in the Hole 3—each with a doubled maximum multiplier and 2x VIP progression until the end of 2027. Mental 2 now offers the highest potential payout at 199,998x, while the other games also receive significant increases. These enhanced versions are not a short-term promotion, and Stake has announced that additional Double Trouble titles will be introduced in the coming weeks, although the specific games have not yet been confirmed.

Stake has introduced Double Trouble versions of four NoLimit City slots, giving each game a higher maximum multiplier and 2x VIP progression until the end of 2027.
Four NoLimit City Games Have Been Turned Up
Stake has taken four NoLimit City slots and given them special Double Trouble versions with higher maximum multiplier potential.
The promotion is not a short Halloween offer either. These versions are due to remain available until the end of 2027.
That gives players more than a year to try the altered games, with each one carrying twice the usual maximum multiplier of its standard version.

Mental 2 Can Now Reach 199,998x
The four selected games all have higher maximum multipliers in their Double Trouble versions.
| Game | Maximum Multiplier |
|---|---|
| Duck Hunters: Double Trouble | 30,000x 60,000x |
| Mental 2: Double Trouble | 99,999x 199,998x |
| Seamen: Double Trouble | 20,000x 40,000x |
| Fire in the Hole 3: Double Trouble | 70,000x 140,000x |
- Mental 2 has the biggest ceiling of the four, moving from 99,999x to 199,998x.
- Fire in the Hole 3 also gets a sizeable increase, with its maximum rising from 70,000x to 140,000x.
- Duck Hunters moves to 60,000x, while Seamen now tops out at 40,000x.
The Games Also Count Double for VIP Progress
Stake has added another perk alongside the higher max multipliers.
All four Double Trouble titles come with 2x VIP progression. That means eligible play on these versions contributes at twice the usual rate towards Stake’s VIP programme.
For players already working through the VIP levels, that may be just as useful as the higher top-end multipliers.
More Double Trouble Games Are Coming
The current four games are only the start of the rollout.
Stake has said more Double Trouble titles will be added in the coming weeks, although it has not yet confirmed which NoLimit City games will be next.
For now, the line-up includes Duck Hunters, Mental 2, Seamen and Fire in the Hole 3, with the Double Trouble versions available until the end of 2027.
