Betfred Nifty Fifty involves placing fixed odds bets on the outcome of a lottery draw. Unlike many lottery draws, this particular game and draw has been created solely for the purpose of fixed-odds numbers betting.

How to play Betfred Nifty Fifty
You can play Nifty Fifty every day of the week. Simply log in to your Betfred account, and then select the numbers you wish to bet on. Alternatively, use the 'Lucky Dip' option if you want your numbers to be randomly generated - just like you would with a standard lottery game.
Once you've selected your numbers, you need to confirm which draw(s) you wish to enter. Three Nifty Fifty draws take place every day:
- 11.30am
- 2.30pm
- 6.30pm
You can choose to bet on one, two, or all three draws taking place each day. You can also bet up to four weeks in advance.
You can select from a 6 or 7 ball draw. The 7-ball draw includes a bonus ball and increases the chances of winning but offers smaller pay-outs.
When betting on Nifty Fifty results, there are two options: Numbers and Groups.
- Numbers: Between 1-5 numbers are chosen. If all the numbers you picked are drawn, you're a winner.
- Groups: You can select a group of numbers (such as Odds or Evens, or 1-10). If the first ball drawn matches your choices, your bet is a winner.
As Nifty Fifty sees you bet on numbers, rather than enter a standard lottery, you can place different kinds of bets. You can choose the type(s) of bet you wish to place from the drop-down menu, with options including Patent or Lucky15.
Once you've finalised your bets, simply choose your stake and then click 'Place bets' to confirm.
Three winnings numbers can return £800, while four can return £10,000. Match five winning numbers in a 6-ball draw and a £1 stake could see you win a whopping £200,000!
