Stake Poker has announced August Madness, an $8 No-Limit Hold'em tournament with an $80,000 guaranteed prize pool and capacity for 10,000 players. 

Stake Poker has announced August Madness, an upcoming No-Limit Hold'em tournament featuring an $8 buy-in and an $80,000 guaranteed prize pool. The tournament has registration open with the event set for August 30, 5 PM UTC.

August Madness on Stake Poker gives No-Limit Hold'em players the opportunity to compete for the $80,000 guaranteed prize pool with an $8 buy-in.

Players entering the tournament will start with 5,000 chips. The tournament also permits each player to make up to 98 re-entries, with every re-entry carrying an $8 buy-in.
Registration for August Madness is currently open. Players will have 1 hour and 30 minutes of late registration following the scheduled registration opening.

The tournament will seat eight players at each table during play. The final table will feature nine players.
Blind levels will run for seven minutes throughout the tournament.

Players will receive a break every hour at 55 minutes. The tournament's structure combines the $8 entry with the opportunity for multiple re-entries, while the maximum capacity is set at 10,000 players.
