Saturday's Tips
ITV Racing viewers have got a range of competitive races to delve into on Saturday. The bulk of our televised action comes from Newbury, where the Hungerford Stakes tops the billing. We'll also make our annual visit to Ripon to enjoy the Great St. Wilfrid, and head to Newmarket for the popular Grey Horse Handicap.
Here are my best betting tips for Saturday's ITV races at Goodwood, Newmarket and Thirsk.

ITV Racing Tips - Saturday 15th August
1:25pm Newbury - Geoffrey Freer Stakes Tips
Dubai Honour brings a touch of class to Saturday's opening Group Three. Over this trip, I'd much rather back TABLETALK (3/1), who seems to have plenty going for him.
Tom Clover's stayer has clashed with third-favourite Mount Atlas on his last two starts. Tabletalk finished a neck ahead of his rival when both were narrowly beaten by Gregory in the Grand Cup, before Mount Atlas claimed the bragging rights with a head-victory over his rival in the Silver Cup.
Given the two have virtually crossed the line together on their last two starts, the fact that Mount Atlas will have to give Tabletalk three pounds on Saturday seems highly significant. Tom Clover has his stable in good form, and Tabletalk went close on his two previous starts at Newbury last season.
1:55pm Newbury - Excellence In Nutrition Handicap Tips
RHYTHM N HOOVES (6/1) came out on top in this race 12 months ago, carrying 9-13 to victory off a mark of 87.
Robert Cowell's sprinter has been on the go continuously since then, and hasn't managed to record another victory. Rhythm N Hooves placed in four of his six starts during the all-weather season, and has gone close a couple of times since returning to turf - most notably at Windsor two starts back, where he was only beaten a neck by Dream Composer.
Marco Ghiani's mount has only finished eighth on his two most recent starts, but couldn't find a smooth passage through the race at Newmarket and was drawn away from the pace at Ascot last time out. Rhythm N Hooves returns to Newbury rated nine pounds lower than last year, and looks to have landed a nice draw in stall six.
2:10pm Newmarket - Grey Horse Handicap Tips
An impressive winner of this race two years ago, ARCHDUKE FERDINAND (6/1) came into last year's renewal in fairly poor form, and could only finish fifth behind two very decent rivals.
Seb Spencer's grey struggled a little during the early stages of this season, but has found his feet in recent starts. Archduke Ferdinand placed fourth behind The Good Biscuit at Catterick, before claiming an overdue victory under Shay Farmer in an apprentice race at Redcar last time out.
Farmer will be able to claim his five-pound allowance in this contest, and Spencer's seven-year-old remains on a winnable mark of 79. Another strong performance is expected.
2:35pm Newbury - TPT Fire Handicap Tips
I'm interested to see how ADDISON GREY (9/2) copes with this step up to seven furlongs. Clive Cox's grey has been a consistent performer in good six-furlong handicaps over the past two seasons, and looks the type that will relish stretching out over this longer trip.
Cox's four-year-old won the Grey Horse Handicap at Newmarket on this day 12 months ago, beating Binhareer in a thrilling finish. Addison Grey finished second behind Mirabeau on his reappearance here at Newbury, before he followed the excellent Double Rush home during the Guineas meeting at Newmarket.
Since then, Addison Grey has been beaten a length or so in two other handicaps, and struggled from a high draw at York last time out. On breeding, Hector Crouch's mount should have no trouble seeing out seven furlongs, and I fancy this new distance could bring about further improvement.
2:55pm Ripon - Silver Cup Handicap Tips
I rarely bet in consolation races. I'd rather save my stake and back two in the main event.

3:25pm Ripon - Great St Wilfrid Handicap Tips
The field always splits into two separate groups in this historic handicap, so those drawn down the centre could be inconvenienced - especially if they're prone to a slow start. LORD ROXBY (7/1) is usually well away, and Nigel Tinkler's sprinter could be the one to side with on the low side of the track.
Lord Roxby won well at York earlier in the season, and comes into this on the back of a course-and-distance triumph two weeks ago. Alex Jary's mount rivalled Dark Cloud Rising for the lead throughout, before shrugging his rival aside in the closing stages to win by two lengths.
There will be five pounds less between the pair at the weights on Saturday, but I thought that was a commanding performance from this likeable, consistent handicapper. Tinkler's four-year-old will carry just 8-4 in this competitive contest, and he's already proven himself at the track.
3:42pm Newbury - Darley EBF Novice Stakes Tips
