Our Football Correct Score Acca was successful once again with two scores predicted in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday 3 November.
AC Milan 1-1 Porto
We started in Italy with AC Milan hosting Porto at San Siro. 1. Porto had gone undefeated in nine of their previous12 Champions League matches and predicted a 1-1 draw.
Luis Díaz put Porto ahead in the 6th minute and could have gone 2-0 ahead after Evanilson hit the woodwork. Milan equalised with an own goal to get our acca off to a winning start.
Sheriff 1-3 Inter Milan
Inter Milan beat Sheriff 3-1 in Italy two weeks prior to their meeting in Moldova. Sheriff had scored in all three group games and we thought they could score again, but were unlikely to keep Inter quiet for 90 minutes.
We backed another 3-1 win to the Italian club and so it proved. Goals to Marcelo Brozovic, Milan Skriniar and Alexis Sánchez established a 3-0 lead before Adama Traoré scored a consolation goal in added time.
