Noskova Builds On Last Year’s Final Run
Linda Noskova defeated Viktorija Golubic without much trouble to reach the fourth round in Beijing, winning 6-2, 6-1. She did not lose her serve and won 86% of her first-serve points during the match.
The Czech is continuing her impressive momentum in China after recently helping her team lift the Billie Jean King Cup in Shenzhen last week by winning all three of her singles matches. She has now won both of her matches in Beijing without dropping more than five games in either.

Alexandrova Chases Her First Beijing Quarterfinal
Ekaterina Alexandrova defeated Daria Snigur from a set down to reach the fourth round in Beijing, winning 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. She was a set and a break down at one stage before raising her level to complete the comeback.
