Daniil Medvedev vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Betting Tips & Live Stream - Tsitsipas to Upset the Odds at ATP Shanghai
The article previews the highly anticipated fourth-round match between Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas at the 2026 ATP Shanghai Masters. Based on recent form and a key win over Medvedev in Doha, Stefanos Tsitsipas is backed to cause an upset despite Medvedev being the favourite. The guide highlights Tsitsipas’s impressive run, strong serving stats, and recent performance against top-ranked players while providing step-by-step instructions for live streaming the match.
- Tsitsipas got past Taylor Fritz in the third round
- The Greek beat Medvedev in Doha this year
- I am siding with Tsitsipas at big odds in Shanghai
Stefanos Tsitsipas has beaten four Top 25 players since the US Open and beat Daniil Medvedev earlier this year. I think Medvedev is too short here and vulnerable, Tsitsipas to get it done at big odds.

Medvedev Chasing Second Title in Shanghai
Daniil Medvedev had a tremendous start to the year, winning titles in Brisbane, Dubai and losing the final in Indian Wells. He was well below that form on clay and grass.
He did little of note on the North American hard court swing but has been playing well in Asia. He won the Hangzhou Open before being disqualified against Novak Djokovic in the China Open semi-finals.
The 30-year-old had a slow start in Shanghai before coming through to beat Jan Lennard Struff 4-6 6-4 6-3 and Dalibor Svrcina 6-2 6-3. He won only 39% of his 2nd serves against Svrcina.
Tsitsipas Continues his Come Back
Stefanos Tsitsipas fell to World No.88 in June but is improving under new coach Thomas Perrin. He won the title in Gstaad but coudn’t reach a quarter-final on hard courts.
The 28-year-old beat Arthur Fils and Jiri Lehecka at the US Open to prove he can still match it against Top 20 players.
The Greek’s serve wasn’t broken in his opening two victories in Shanghai, defeating Kimmer Coppejans 6-3 7-5 and Luciano Darderi 6-3 6-4. He got past Taylor Fritz in the third round, coming through 3-6 7-5 6-3 after winning 47% of his 2nd serves and saving 8/9 break points.

Verdict
Daniil Medvedev is a short priced favourite but Stefanos Tsitsipas is a dangerous opponent at the moment. I am backing Tsitsipas to back up his win against Taylor Fritz and reach the quarter-finals.
