Tiafoe Back from Injury
Frances Tiafoe is 34-15 this year, losing the final in Acapulco before winning the title in Halle.

The American later revealed that doctors had removed a cyst from his right hand: “Big S/O to Dr. Michelle Carlson and the @hspecialsurgery team. They were able to diagnose and take out a cyst that has been causing some issues for some time now.”
Tiafoe made a quick recovery to take part in Cincinnati where he beat Lorenzo Sonego 6-3 6-4 and Learner Tien 6-4 4-6 6-4.
Step Up For Auger Aliassime
Felix Auger Aliassime won the title in Montpellier and reached the final in Rotterdam but was unable to replicate that form on clay.
The Canadian exited in the quarter-finals in all three events on grass. He lost to Kamil Majchrzak in s’Hertogenbosch, Frances Tiafoe in Halle and Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon.
