Carlos Alcaraz is 15-0 this year and has cleared away to be the undisputed top player in men’s tennis. He won the Australian Open to become the youngest man to claim the Career Grand Slam.
The Spaniard won another title in Doha, dropping one set before thrashing Arthur Fils 6-2 6-1 in the final.
The 22-year-old had a dominant start in Indian Wells, beating Grigor Dimitrov 6-2 6-3 in 66 minutes. He was pushed in the third round, a 6-7 6-3 6-2 victory over Arthur Rinderknech.
In the last 16, he defeated Casper Ruud comfortably, taking the first set 6-1 before completing the job 7-5 in the second set.

Norrie Into First Quarter-Final Of The Year
Cameron Norrie is into his first quarter-final this year after a return to form in Indian Wells across the last week.
Earlier in the season, the 30-year-old lost to World No.119 Christopher O’Connell in the second round in Rotterdam. It was a similar story in Acapulco, beaten in the first round by World No.114 Rafael Jodar.
The Brit has turned it around in Indian Wells where he won the 2021 title. He beat Mackenzie McDonald 6-2 6-3 and upset Alex de Minaur 6-4 6-4, saving a combined 11/13 break points.
It was another straight sets victory for Norrie in the last 16 as he defeated Rinky Hijikata 6-4 6-2 to progress to the quarters.
