Atletico San Luis are yet to win in the Liga MX Apertura, starting with a 3-2 defeat against Cruz Azul. They took a 2-0 lead but couldn’t hang on, ending the match with 1.29-3.14 xG.

The Mexican club then went to Tigres where a late goal to David Rodriguez secured a 2-2 draw.

Diego Mejia’s side are coming off a 0-0 draw against Tijuana. They had 69% possession but did little with the ball, creating just 0.47 xG on 14 shots.

Miami centre-backs Gonzalo Lujan and Maximiliano Falcon are battling calf injuries and David Ayala has an adductor issue.

Forwards Tadeo Allende and German Berterame are out but Lionel Messi came off the bench against Columbus and Rodrigo De Paul has returned to training.

Atletico's veteran defender Juanpe is injured alongside winger Benjamín Galdames. Top scorer João Pedro is dealing with a ligament injury.

Inter Miami are in winning form but are defensively suspect, conceding eight goals in four games. I think Atletico San Luis will score in Florida but fail to contain Luis Suarez who is scoring for fun in recent weeks.
