Genoa vs Como Predictions & Betting Tips - Como to Show their Class in Serie A
Como look set to continue their excellent form in Serie A with a confident performance against struggling Genoa, whose scoring issues persist under Daniele De Rossi. With strong away results and solid defensive displays, Como, led by Cesc Fabregas, are favored to collect another win. Genoa, languishing in front of goal and under management pressure, may pose little threat. The recommendation is to back Como for the victory. Scoring Woes for Genoa
Genoa had a poor end to the previous Serie A campaign, scoring once in five games. Their scoring difficulties have continued into the current season.
Daniele De Rossi’s side lost 2-0 against Napoli followed by a 1-0 defeat at Lazio. Just three shots on target were created in those two games, earning a total of 1.09 xG.
The only piece of positivity came in the Coppa Italia. Falling behind against Serie B side Ascoli, Genoa scored four unanswered goals to earn a 4-1 victory.
Como Join the Elite in Italy
Como are on the rise in Serie A, finishing fourth last season and proving their worth against the established clubs in Italy.
Cesc Fabregas’ side have been given a tough start to the new campaign, their first three fixtures coming on the road.
The Lombardy club drew 1-1 at Udinese where the result was deserved. Martin Baturina registered a goal and an assist in a 2-1 victory at Napoli on Sunday, a result that will provide plenty of confidence.

Verdict
Como are doing everything right on and off the pitch and Genoa are becoming relegation candidates. I am sticking with Cesc Fabregas’ side who can keep up the pace in Serie A.
