Head coach Amorim has two confirmed absentees. Christian Pulisic remains unavailable because of a thigh injury, while Mike Maignan is unlikely to feature.
Francesco Camarda could lead the Milan attack after scoring twice against Celtic.
Amorim is expected to continue with a three-man defence, with Fikayo Tomori and Strahinja Pavlovic likely to start.
New arrivals Goncalo Ramos and Mario Gila featured against Celtic, while Luka Modric and Rafael Leao are also expected to join the squad in Australia.
Amorim expressed confidence that Portuguese forward Rafa Leao will remain at Milan despite continued speculation surrounding the forward’s future.
"All the players are working really well: both those who started from day one and those who arrived later. Rafa is lucky to be at a club like Milan, so he should be happy. I feel he’s happy and motivated," Amorim said.

Andy Diouf is pushing for another start after scoring four goals during Inter’s pre-season campaign.
Addressing his squad's defensive depth, the Romanian boss highlighted the need for further Inter recruits.
"Right now we only have three wing-backs," he explained.
"Carlos Augusto could play there, but I prefer him as a third centre-back. The market is still long; we must be patient and choose well."
