Solana Sierra Saves Match Points to Advance
Solana Sierra survived a tough three-set battle against Anna Bondar in the first round at Wimbledon, winning 6-3, 5-7, 7-5. She saved two match points before producing an incredible comeback to seal the victory.

Coco Gauff Looks to Extend Winning Start
Coco Gauff began her Wimbledon campaign with a dominant straight-set victory over Tamara Korpatsch, winning 6-2, 6-1 in the first round. She did not face a break point and converted four of the nine break points she created during the match.
She will be relieved with the result as it was her first grass-court win since 2024. Last year, she played two matches on grass and lost both of them.
