Hapoel Tel Aviv had a great run in the EuroLeague this season, and their roster looks even stronger on paper for the upcoming campaign. The bad news is they will still play their home matches in Sofia.
The Israeli side kept the core of their roster, with Elijah Bryant ready to be the leader once again, backed up by Bruno Caboclo, Vasilije Micic and Dan Oturu. Speaking of new faces, they signed Zach LeDay and Tomas Satoransky.
Dimitris Itoudis' side already played their first competitive match this season, suffering a heavy 101-83 loss against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Israeli Super Cup. Micic was their top performer with 17 points and 10 assists.
Bayern Not Regarded as Serious Playoff Contender
Bayern Munich haven't played a serious role in the EuroLeague since the departure of Andrea Trinchieri, failing to perform at a good level under Gordon Herbert and Svetislav Pesic, and not many things changed during the summer.
