The FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 will take place in Berlin, Germany, starting on 4th September, while the grand final is scheduled for 13th September at Berlin Arena.

United States are the reigning champions after winning the previous edition four years ago in Australia, and they are targeting their fourth consecutive title, while Belgium, France and Spain are regarded as the teams with the biggest chances of stopping them.

Arguably the best player in the world, A'ja Wilson, had to pull out of the USA team due to an injury, as did Kelsey Plum, but other WNBA stars like Caitlin Clark, Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier are ready to take over the leading role.
