BRION’s run over the last few week is something else. Up until their loss to Kiwoom DRX on Sunday, BRION were on a perfect 8-0 run with four straight series win, beating KT Rolster, BNK FEARX, Nongshim RedForce, and DN SOOPers.
Over that stretch, they’ve shown much better early game and the ability to use early leads to make something happen. All that was largely thanks to Gideon, who is doing a lot of work from the jungle, finding openings to get his lanes ahead.
Their recent loss was a tough one. BRION took the series lead, got stomped on map two, and while HAJIN BRION were in a good spot to win the third map, they failed to close it out and got punished for it. It was a sloppy game from BRION, but it does not change the fact that they’ve been playing better lately.
