T1 disappointed in Stage 1, with a fourth-place finish, but that’s only relative to the expectations put on this team. Admittedly, T1 have had their issues, mainly with roster instability and mixed-up roles.
However, that problem should’ve been resolved with the offseason roster changes, thus putting T1 back on the map as one of the strongest teams in the league.
Unlike other top dogs, including Paper Rex, T1 have another advantage as they have not attended the Esports World Cup or the VALORANT Masters London. Meaning T1 have been away from action since late May, giving them plenty of time to prepare and practice for Stage 2.
T1 are one of the most stacked teams in the league, and considering they’re not as fatigued as other top dogs, T1 look poised for a strong start.
