Kenya vs Seychelles Live Stream & Tips - Keyna to win at home in World Cup qualifier

Kenya face Seychelles in a World Cup qualifier, aiming to bounce back from a loss to Gambia. Kenya holds a dominant 6-0 head-to-head record, while Seychelles remain winless and have conceded heavily. Recent form suggests Kenya are likely to secure a convincing victory, with predictions pointing to a 4-0 scoreline. Key action points are the need for Kenya to capitalize on Seychelles’ defensive weaknesses, as Seychelles' struggles continue at both ends of the pitch. Fans should expect a one-sided match favoring Kenya.

Kenya vs Seychelles Preview

Seychelles have struggled in this campaign and while Kenya come off a loss, I am backing them to have too much class in this one.

Head to Head

Kenya lead 6-0 with one draw in seven matches.

Kenya Form

Kenya failed to capitalise on their home ground advantage in their FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Gambia last weekend, losing 3-1.

Kenya had a disastrous first half against the Gambia, conceding in the 12th, 26th, and 38th minutes of the match.

Kenya managed to pull a goal back at the 81-minute mark, but it was too late to mount a comeback.

The Harambee Stars have won two of their last five fixtures, including two defeats and one draw. They scored five goals and conceded five.

Kenya will not be happy with their previous performance, but will relish the opportunity to pick up some points when they take on a struggling Seychelles side.

Kenya Squad

Ryan Ogam scored the consolation goal against the Gambia last weekend.

Goalkeepers: Faruk Shikhala, Brian Bwire, Byrne Omondi
Defenders: Sylvester Owino, Alphonse Omija, Collins Sichenje, Michael Kibwage, Rooney Onyango, Abud Omar, Lewis Bandi
Midfielders: Richard Odada, Alpha Onyango, Duke Abuya, Mansur Okwaro, Timothy Ouma, Ben Stanley, Marvin Nabwire
Forwards: Emmanuel Osoro, Will Lenkupae, Job Ochieng, Boniface Muchiri, Michael Olunga, Ryan Ogam

Seychelles Form

Seychelles succumbed to yet another defeat in their FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign, losing 4-0 to Gabon last week.

Seychelles had a poor first half, conceding goals in the 4th, 34th, and 38th minutes of the match.

The Pirates conceded their fourth goal late in the second half after 89 minutes of play.

Seychelles are at the bottom of Group F with zero points from seven fixtures.

The Pirates have lost their last five matches consecutively. They scored three goals and conceded 18.

Seychelles have had a poor World Cup qualifying campaign, as they have been unable to stem the number of goals they regularly concede at the back.

Seychelles Squad

Goalkeepers: Romeo Padayachy, Carlos Simeon, Ian Ah-Kong
Defenders: Alfie Walters, Warren Mellie, Justin Riaze, Makhan Cissoko, Don Fanchette, Markus Payet
Midfielders: Vince Fred, Anil Dijoux, Elie Sophia, Imra Raheriniaina, Dean Mothe, Jossip Ravignia, Ryan Henriette, Lorenzo Hoareau
Forwards: Brandon Labrosse, Jerone Joubert, Anelka Adela, Samuel Okolie, Tyrone Cadeau, Torry Radegonde

Verdict

Kenya have an outstanding record against the Seychelles and are tipped to beat their opponents to nil with a 4-0 scoreline.
