The satirical candidate published his Clacton manifesto on Monday, combining policies aimed directly at the constituency with the surreal pledges that have become a trademark of his election campaigns.

What Is in Count Binface's Clacton Manifesto?
Count Binface has unveiled a 20-point manifesto for the Clacton by-election, promising to boost the area's "economy, prestige and fame" while pledging to cut taxes for YOU and raise them for everyone else!
Among the more conventional proposals are a £1.99 cap on bus fares, regeneration of Walton Pier and a pledge to build at least one affordable house.
Binface also promises to spend more time in Clacton-on-Sea than in Washington DC and to champion the area if elected, while several pPolitical reform feature in the manifesto.
99 Flakes, Walton Pier and a New Bin HQ
Other policies are more unmistakably Binface. He wants 99 Flake ice creams capped at 99p, arcade grabber machines made fairer so players have a genuine chance of winning and oil and gas companies to pay for solar panels for everyone.
Binface also proposes moving Parliament to a new "Bin HQ" in Weeley while the Palace of Westminster is restored.
His manifesto includes a referendum on whether Pluto should regain its status as a planet, a windfall tax on celebrity-written crime novels, and a proposal to make Wayne Rooney the BBC's new expert summariser for Eurovision. All vote winners, for sure.
Another pledge states that Binface would not accept £5 million gifts from crypto billionaires - "on Earth".
He also wants people driving past Clacton station with "annoyingly loud exhausts" to lose their licence.
The final manifesto point reiterates several previous Count Binface policies, including bringing back Ceefax, nationalising Adele and renaming HS2 "FFS1".
Could Count Binface Beat Nigel Farage in Clacton?
The betting odds suggest it would still rank as an enormous political upset. Farage won Clacton at the 2024 general election with 21,225 votes and a 46.2% vote share, however this by-election is very different.
Labour, the Conservatives, Liberal Democrats and Green Party have all opted not to field candidates. However, what initially threatened to become an unusual head-to-head contest has instead produced a record 34 candidates on the ballot for August 13th.
Despite the crowded field, Binface remains comfortably the shortest-priced alternative to Reform in the latest Clacton by-election odds.
At 9/1, Binface's odds equate to a simple implied probability of 10% before the bookmaker's margin is taken into account, but his Clacton manifesto should provide plenty more attention for an already extraordinary by-election campaign.
