Dignitas and FlyQuest meet in a critical LCS 2026 Summer Week 5 matchup. Both teams have underperformed throughout the split and rank near the bottom of the standings, but Dignitas, despite a five-game losing streak, have looked sharper and more competitive than FlyQuest. FlyQuest, after a decent earlier split, have lost form entirely and struggle to inspire confidence. The article concludes that Dignitas should be favored in this match, as FlyQuest's recent results and gameplay suggest little promise for a turnaround.

Dignitas vs FlyQuest Betting Predictions

Dignitas and FlyQuest are set to clash on Sunday, August 23, in the final round of Week 5 of League of Legends Championship Series 2026 Summer, in what is a very important match for both squads.

FlyQuest and Dignitas rank as two of the league’s worst teams in LCS, currently sitting in seventh and eighth place, respectively.

Having failed to find much momentum this split yet, FlyQuest and Dignitas need to win on Sunday to give them a fighting chance of finishing the regular season inside the top six.

Both teams have been struggling, but it is fair to say that FlyQuest’s situation is worse. They’ve shown nothing inspiring since the start of the split, and unlike Dignitas, they do not seem to have much fight in them.

Past success from the previous splits would suggest that FlyQuest are the better team. But if we focus only on the summer split, Dignitas have looked better.

  • FlyQuest used to be very competitive
  • Dignitas have shown more of late
  • Dignitas should be favoured

Dignitas Have More to Show

Dignitas lost their match against Disguised on Saturday, worsening their record to 0-5 and their map record to 3-10. This isn't an ideal spot to be in, but despite losing five games in a row, Dignitas have shown some signs of life.

They took a map off Sentinels, Cloud9, and Shopify Rebellion, but more importantly, Dignitas have been playing better than what their figures might suggest.

Statistically, Dignitas are among the worst early-game teams in the league, with a -3400 average gold difference at 20 minutes. Their mid-late game isn’t great either, and they are in the bottom half with neutral objective control as well.

But despite all those wrinkles, Dignitas are still in a better spot than FlyQuest.

Dignitas Squad & Team News

Dignitas haven’t made any roster changes

  • Noah "Denathor" Erikson – top lane
  • Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett – jungle
  • Cristian "Palafox" Palafox – mid lane
  • Victor "FBI" Huang – ADC
  • Lee "IgNar" Dong-geun – support

FlyQuest Are Struggling

FlyQuest are quite an enigma. They were a very competitive team earlier in the season, and this young roster has been outperforming expectations, even challenging some of the league’s top squads.

However, things took a sudden turn for the worse in the summer split, as FlyQuest have failed to find any meaningful traction yet. They won one game so far – against Disguised (2-0) in the second week of play. However, in all other matches, FlyQuest looked toothless, including their most recent 0-2 loss against Sentinels on Saturday.

We know FlyQuest are capable of more. But based on what they’ve produced, it is hard to trust them to deliver against any team until FlyQuest show they can find some traction and produce a good game – or at least a map.

FlyQuest Squad & Team News

No changes for FlyQuest.

  • Ibrahim "GaKGoS" Bulut – top lane
  • Johnson "Gryffinn" Le – jungle
  • Song "Quad" Soo-hyung – mid lane
  • Fahad "Massu" Abdulmalek – ADC

Verdict

Dignitas losing to Disguised is worrying, but even with that result in mind, they should be considered a threat to FlyQuest, who’ve been nothing short of disappointing this split.

FlyQuest, who were very competitive in the previous splits, now look like one of the worst teams in the league, both by the numbers and by what they’ve produced on the Rift. There is no reason for FlyQuest to be viewed as favourites here.
