In the first game, KC dominated Sunset (13-6) but needed overtime to win on Lotus (15-13). The fixture against GIANTX was much smoother, ending in 13-8 on Haven and 13-4 on Ascent. However, GIANTX are arguably one of the weakest teams in the league, and they had to play with a stand-in.
