G2 Esports vs Natus Vincere Team Betting Tips – G2 Esports To Defeat Struggling NaVi at ESL Pro League Season 24
On October 3, G2 Esports face Natus Vincere in the highly anticipated ESL Pro League Season 24 opener. Bettors may lean towards G2 to prevail, but both rosters have question marks. Catch the live stream on official ESL channels or via leading bookmakers.

This is the most exciting clash of the opening round of ESL Pro League, as two tier-1 teams clash on the stage. However, while both squads are considered heavyweights, Natus Vincere are in much worse shape, having been going through quite a slump of late.
While G2 Esports have been anything but amazing in recent weeks, they have, unlike Natus Vincere, been showing some signs of life, suggesting they are more likely to come out ahead.
- Neither team is in good form
- Natus Vincere have looked worse of late
- G2 Esports should be viewed as favourites, even so slightly

G2 Esports Are Waking Up
G2 Esports are a strong roster, packed with high individual skill ceiling and raw talent. That, however, hasn’t helped them accomplish a lot in recent months, as G2 have suffered early elimination from most big events, often crashing out before breaking into the top five.
Their best tournament run since April came in September, when G2 Esports made the finals of FISSURE Playground #3, but even that is hardly worth much praise, given the event didn't feature many big teams.
So while G2 have been showing better form, it remains to be seen whether they can properly challenge the world’s top squads.
Strong team on paper, but G2 Esports remain unpredictable and not trustworthy.
| Date | Event | Opponent | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| September 13 | FISSURE Playground #3 | Legacy | 0-3 (L) |
| September 12 | FISSURE Playground #3 | BetBoom Team | 2-1 (W) |

Natus Vincere Are Struggling
Natus Vincere have been in a tough slump for a while now and have shown nothing exciting since their run to the Intel Extreme Masters Atlanta trophy in May. In the recent two months, NaVi have crashed out of the Esports World Cup in ninth-16th, BLAST Open Fall in ninth-12th, and StarLadder StarSeries Fall in seventh-eighth place.
Evidently, Natus Vincere are experiencing significant performance issues and have been struggling even against weaker opponents. In their last six outings, Natus Vincere have lost to Legacy, M80, G2 Esports, Aurora Gaming, and MOUZ, and have beaten only paiN Gaming.
Results like that inspire no confidence, and unless Natus Vincere turn it around big time for ESL Pro League, another early elimination appears very likely.
| Date | Event | Opponent | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| September 18 | StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 | MOUZ | 1-2 (L) |
| September 17 | StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 | Aurora Gaming | 0-2 (L) |

Verdict
G2 Esports haven’t been in amazing form, but it is easy to understand why they are expected to win. Unlike Natus Vincere, who have been struggling with their form for months now, G2 have at least shown some signs of life in September and seem to be figuring things out.
Having not faced or beaten many top-tier teams, G2 remain somewhat unproven for ESL Pro League, but compared to Natus Vincere – who’ve been losing to much weaker teams – G2 have at least managed to hold their own when expected.
