Leviatan vs Global Esports Betting Tips – Can GE Upset Leviatan in Masters London?
Leviatan and Global Esports face off in their first head-to-head of the 2026 VALORANT Masters London. Leviatan enters as the favorite, boasting a stronger showing in their region, yet uncertainty looms amid recent meta changes, especially nerfs to Neon that may affect their map pool and firepower. Additionally, their tight schedule could cause fatigue. Meanwhile, Global Esports arrive after a patchy qualification, lacking big wins aside from one upset. While Leviatan is likely to prevail, the contest could be more competitive than expected due to both teams' vulnerabilities.

Leviatan are viewed as the better team than Global Esports, having shown higher highs in an arguably stronger region. However, they have some things working against them, namely limited preparation time and the shift in meta, which could harm their approach, especially given the nerfs to Neon.
While expected to do well in London, Leviatan should not be overly confident about their next game, as Global Esports, despite failing to produce anything spectacular, are not an easy nut to crack.
- Global Esports can leave a dent in Leviatan
- The meta shifts does not help Leviatan
- Expect a competitive game

Leviatan Have Obstacles to Overcome
Leviatan placed second in VCT Americas Stage 1, which is promising and makes them appear as a strong contenders to do well in London. On the other hand, they will have some obstacles to overcome.
Highly adaptable team who do not follow set strats, with plenty of firepower to make any opponent tremble, Leviatan will have to prove they can adapt to the new meta. With nerfs to Neon, their map pool will suffer, and the firepower could take a hit as well.
Beyond the possible challenges due to meta shifts, Leviatan will play their first game in London just one week after ending their Esports World Cup 2026 Americas Qualifier, where they placed fifth-sixth with defeats to MIBR and NRG. This tight schedule could be a problem, as it may lead to fatigue.
So while Leviatan are fundamentally solid with strong points, they have things working against them here.

Global Esports With Much to Prove
Global Esports are arguably one of the weaker teams attending the Masters London. They placed third in VCT Pacific Stage 1, which looks promising, but a closer look at their run reveals more than it may appear on the surface.
In VCT Pacific Stage 1, Global Esports placed third in Group Alpha, then defeated the struggling Rex Regum Qeon and caused a major upset in the upper bracket semifinals, where GE took down Paper Rex. In the next two games, Global Esports got smoked by both FULL SENSE and Paper Rex.
The sole upset victory was enough for GE to qualify for the Masters London, which is worrying as it was a complete fluke. Had they lost to PR in the first game, there are arguments to be made Global Esports would not be heading to UK.
This is a decent team, but they have a lot more to prove after the unconvincing run in the Stage 1 playoffs.

Verdict
Leviatan are a proven squad with plenty of tools to do well in a Masters event. However, there are questions about how they’ll do in a changed meta, which could seriously affect their firepower and map pool.
On the other side, Global Esports are still unproven. They did not accomplish anything exceptional in VCT Pacific Stage 1 and are arguably here only because of that one upset victory against Paper Rex. While it may not be fair to underestimate GE,as this is still a capable team, a deep run is unlikely.
It is reasonable to have doubts about Global Esports, but at the same time, Leviatan have some hurdles to overcome, including the changed meta and lack of preparation time.
Expect a competitive game.
