Nongshim RedForce vs T1 Betting Predictions

Nongshim RedForce and T1 will clash for the first time this season on Wednesday, April 29, in the fifth week of League of Legends Champions Korea 2026 Rounds 1-2.

Both teams have had their fair share of struggles. T1 have been underperforming and have shown cracks in the mid-late game, proving themselves as a very sloppy team. Even against weaker opponents, T1 have looked off and seem to still have a lot to iron out.

Nongshim RedForce are far from reliable too. They have shown high highs, but have also struggled against weaker opponents, showing a high degree of inconsistency.

For what it’s worth, Nongshim RedForce are a talented team who can’t be underestimated. But they are also not to be trusted to deliver when expected.

  • Both teams are shaky

Nongshim RedForce Are Not Bad, But Not Great

Nongshim RedForce have not had the best run in Week 4, losing to Hanwha Life Esports and Gen.G. The first game extended to three maps and was fairly competitive, so props to RedForce, who produced a solid performance.

Unfortunately, they could not find any success in the final game of the week, when they lost to Gen.G.

So far this split, RedForce have produced mixed results. They played well against HLE, but struggled against BRION and Kiwoom DRX. Still, while consistency is lacking, Nongshim RedForce have the potential to be good, as long as they gain more traction.

Nongshim RedForce Squad & Team News

Nongshim RedForce have not announced any roster changes.

  • Hwang "Kingen" Seong-hoon – top lane
  • Bae "Sponge" Young-jun – jungle
  • Lee "Scout" Ye-chan – mid lane
  • Kim "Taeyoon" Tae-yoon – ADC
  • Son "Lehends" Si-woo – support

T1 Are Slowly Improving

T1 have undergone a rough patch in the first half of the split and continues to show some issues in the mid-game. The big problem with T1 is that they appear to be very sloppy with their leads, and that has been the case against both good and bad teams.

They had a more promising display against BRION, against whom they closed out the games cleanly, but despite showing some signs of improvement, T1 still have a lot to prove.

Individually, this is a very strong team, and while they are ironing out things, T1 are not quite there yet.

T1 Squad & Team News

No changes for T1 roster.

  • Choi "Doran" Hyeon-jun - top lane
  • Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun - jungle
  • Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok - mid lane
  • Kim "Peyz" Su-hwan - ADC
  • Ryu "Keria" Min-seok - support

Verdict

This one is tough to call, as you don’t know which version of T1 and Nongshim RedForce you’re going to get. Both teams have had iffy moments, with T1 proving sloppy with leads and Nongshim RedForce simply too volatile to produce consistent results.

T1 have shown some improvement of late, while Nongshim RedForce put in a competitive performance against Hanwha Life Esports.

No result would be surprising, but considering how volatile the two squads are, it is easy to make a case for RedForce to take a map.
