NRG cruised through Group D of VALORANT Champions 2026, beating Nongshim RedForce and Karmine Corp, both 2-1. While it may be too early to say, NRG appear more than ready to defend their VALORANT Champions throne, having picked up the pace after a solid, yet uninspiring run through the season.
NRG have been solid since the turn of the year, but they have recently looked like an entirely different beast, arguably showing the best form of any team at VALORANT Champions.
Perhaps NRG’s biggest strength is their extensive map pool, as they’ve shown very strong performances on Haven, Sunset, and Lotus, which just so happen to also be T1’s best maps.

NRG enter this match as favourites. They have looked more consistent this season and have shown explosive form at VALORANT Champions 2026. T1 haven’t been as impressive during the group stage, but this is a very experienced roster with solid individual players who can challenge any team in the world.
