Team Liquid is an interesting team because they are a group of good players, but as a unit, they’ve not been playing nearly as well.
Liquid, like TYLOO, had a rough start to the year before finding their footing in VCT EMEA Stage 2, which they finished in second place. Yet even in Stage 2, Liquid have been showing some cracks.
Given their shaky run in Stage 2, it comes as no surprise that Liquid lost to Paper Rex in the first round of Group C. But they will face what appears to be a weaker opponent, so Liquid should feel confident.
