In the upcoming Premier League clash, Everton hosts Leeds in what promises to be a high-scoring affair. Given Everton's BTTS (Both Teams to Score) pattern at home and Leeds' scoring capability on the road, it is advisable to bet on BTTS at odds of 1.91. Additionally, considering the potential for a goal fest, over 2.5 goals at odds of 2.2 is also a worthy bet. This strategic insight suggests an engaging match with plenty of action on the scoreboard.

H2H

Leeds have a 53-36 advantage against Everton, alongside 34 draws.

Everton Leaking Goals at Home

David Moyes’ Everton are lacking momentum and are winless in six of their previous eight games. The Toffees have failed to win four consecutive home games during this run, conceding seven and scoring four.

Everton beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 away in the Premier League before a three-match winless streak. The Merseysiders lost 4-2 at home against Brentford and drew 1-1 against Wolves and Sunderland.

Moyes’ outfit replied with a 1-0 victory at Aston Villa on Sunday. Everton allowed 1.44 XG, faced 18 shots and Thierno Barry scored in the second half.

Leeds Are BTTS Regulars

Leeds are in solid recent form and unbeaten in nine of their previous 10 in all competitions. The Yorkshire side have seen BTTS in eight of these matches

The Whites drew three games in a row before a 4-3 loss at Newcastle. They hit back with a 3-1 comeback victory at Derby in the FA Cup.

Daniel Farke’s team sealed back-to-back wins for the first time this season after beating Fulham 1-0 at home. Leeds had the better chances with 1.43-0.38 XG and Lukas Nmecha scored a 91st-minute winner.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

Everton (4-2-3-1): Jordan Pickford; Nathan Patterson, James Tarkowski, Jake O'Brien, Vitali Mykolenko; Merlin Rohl, James Garner; Dwight McNeil, Harrison Armstrong, Iliman Ndiaye; Thierno Barry

Defender Michael Keane is suspended. Midfielders Carlos Alcaraz, Timothy Iroegbunam and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and defender Jarrad Branthwaite are injury doubts.

Jack Grealish has been ruled out for months due to a foot injury. David Moyes explained the forward’s situation before the Leeds game and said, “It's not for me to give the timescales, and we've not got it yet from the doctors. He's got a stress fracture in his foot. It's a big blow because he's been hugely important to us.”

Leeds (3-5-2): Karl Darlow; James Justin, Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk; Jayden Bogle,
Brendon Aaronson, Ethan Ampadu, Anton Stach, Lukas Nmecha; Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Noah Okafor

Defender Jaka Bijol and winger Dan James are ruled out with thigh injuries. Wing-back Gabriel Gudmundsson is an injury doubt.

Anton Stach missed the Fulham game due to a groin issue. Daniel Farke was positive over the midfielder’s condition ahead of Everton and said, “Anton (Stach) was today, part integrated in team training, so no reaction so far. It looks like he could be available.”

Verdict

Everton have regularly seen BTTS at home and Leeds have produced away goals. It’s worth sticking with BTTS and over 2.5 goals in the Premier League.
