Los Angeles Rams Take 1-2 Record To Philly

Los Angeles head to Philadelphia looking to kick-start their season, having so far underwhelmed in a 1-2 start.

The Rams opened the campaign by making the long trip to Australia, and returned home with nothing to show for it as they were beaten 27-7 by San Francisco.

They rebounded a week later with a 28-6 home win over the New York Giants, and they appeared to be heading to victory in Denver last weekend when they edged ahead late on.

However, Los Angeles gave up a touchdown with just 47 seconds remaining, and that condemned them to a 30-26 defeat at Mile High.

Matthew Stafford went 30/55 for 390 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, with Davante Adams accounting for 137 of those yards.

Philadelphia Eagles 2-1 After Defeat In Chicago

Philadelphia go into this matchup looking for an immediate response to the loss in Chicago, which dropped them to 2-1.

The Eagles kicked off the season with an important home win over a division rival, beating Washington 24-22.

They then made it back-to-back wins in their road opener as they edged the Titans in Nashville, 24-20.

However, Philadelphia’s perfect start was brought to a halt on Monday night, as they were comprehensively beaten by Chicago for the second season in a row.

The Eagles managed only one touchdown and turned the ball over four times as they were beaten 27-7 by a Bears team missing the top two quarterbacks on the depth chart.

Los Angeles are not off to a great start and their recent record against the Eagles is bad, but we are going with the Rams here.

Matthew Stafford can enjoy plenty of success against a Philly defense that just got picked apart by Case Keenum and the Bears, while their defense puts the clamps on an out-of-sync Eagles offense.
