DetonatioN FocusMe have had a fairly solid run through the VCT Pacific Stage 2 group stage, going 3-2. That was enough for a fourth-place finish in the highly competitive Group Omega, and it was a clear sign that DFM are a solid mid-table team.
In the Play-Ins, however, DetonatioN FocusMe haven’t had the start they hoped for. They kicked off the stage with a 1-2 loss against Sharper Esports, who bested DFM with 14-12 on Ascent, 9-13 on Sunset, and 13-10 on Breeze.
Losing to a Challenger team doesn't sound great, but given how well Sharper has been playing, DFM deserve some slack. Moreover, they didn't play poorly in that match; they just lost a few key moments, which led to the painful loss.

QT DIG kicked off their VCT Pacific Stage 2 Play-In campaign with a rough showing against FULL SENSE in the upper bracket round 1. While they managed to leave a dent on Haven (13-8), QT DIG looked toothless on Split (13-7) and Summit (13-4).
