Dplus KIA vs Bilibili Gaming Betting Tips – Dplus KIA Can Defeat Struggling BLG at 2026 LoL Worlds
Dplus KIA are tipped to upset Bilibili Gaming in the League of Legends World Championship quarterfinals on Thursday, November 5. While Bilibili Gaming are favourites after a strong win over Hanwha Life Esports, their overall volatility and inconsistent performances in the Swiss Stage raise doubts. In contrast, Dplus KIA have shown stability, remaining unbeaten in the Swiss Stage and previously defeating BLG 2-1 at the Esports World Cup. Despite some fortune in earlier matches, Dplus KIA’s resilience and composure make them a strong candidate for another win.

Bilibili Gaming are billed as favourites, largely due to their strong performance against Hanwha Life Esports in the final round of the Swiss Stage.
However, that one good game doesn't change how shaky BLG has been during the group stage, or how volatile this team has become known to be.
If Bilibili Gaming can keep playing towards the top of their abilities, the tag of favourites is justifiable. However, they’ve not been consistent enough to be certain that will happen.
- Bilibili Gaming are a volatile team
- Dplus KIA have been stable this tournament
- An upset is not unlikely

Dplus KIA Are Looking Sharp
Dplus KIA cruised through the Swiss Stage, with wins against G2 Esports, T1, and Movistar KOI, to join Gen.G as the only other team to not lose a match.
They should’ve arguably lost the first two matches, but ended up turning them around, for which Dplus KIA deserve praise. Against T1, they got a bit lucky, and DK’s win is widely considered a bit of a fluke. But it is also worth remembering that Dplus KIA kept that match close before winning a key teamfight. That's no small feat.
In the final match, Dplus KIA played a fairly competitive game against now-eliminated Movistar KOI, at least for the first map. The second map was a one-sided performance with Dplus KIA showing up and producing a very promising display – which should inspire confidence ahead of the playoffs.

Bilibili Gaming Have Been Showing Cracks
Bilibili Gaming qualified for the LoL Worlds playoffs by the skin of their teeth, ending the Swiss Stage with a 3-2 record. In Bilibili Gaming’s defence, they had a tough schedule, but on the other hand, they have also produced some stinkers.
During the Swiss Stage, Bilibili Gaming lost to Movistar KOI, defeated Team Liquid and Karmine Corp, lost to Top Esports, and secured a crucial win against Hanwha Life Esports in the fifth round.
Beating HLE is no small feat, considering Hanwha Life were widely regarded as one of the strongest LoL esports teams in the world. That said, Hanwha Life Esports have looked very rough this tournament and have been playing more towards the bottom of their abilities – especially in the series against BLG.
It is important to note that Bilibili Gaming showed some good things in that series, mainly not allowing the game to slip out of their hands from a neutral stage. This is something they’ve been struggling with this season.

Verdict
Bilibili Gaming showed their best performance of the tournament in the last round, against Hanwha Life Esports. But they’ve also had it easier, as HLE did not play as well as expected.
That doesn’t take away from BLG’s improved showing, yet it’s hardly a good enough reason to view them as heavy favourites for this match.
Dplus KIA have looked solid during the summer split, and while they’ve gotten a bit lucky to end the Swiss Stage 3-0, Dplus KIA are still an elite roster and a far more stable team.
