FUT Esports Have a Lot More to Prove

FUT Esports are arguably one of the top-10 teams attending the RLCS World Championship. They made it to the event via the North American Last Chance Qualifiers, where FUT looked unstoppable, proving they are in great shape.

In the NA LCQ, FUT Esports beat Dignitas, M80, and Gen.G Esports, which is worth praise. FUT also had a promising season.

FUT placed top-four in three NA Open events, and they even won silver in NA Open 5. However, in the two international events, FUT Esports have failed to find much success, exiting RLCS Paris Major in ninth-12th and the Esports World Cup in 13th-16th.

Results like that are concerning, as FUT should’ve produced more on the big stage to prove they can hang with the best the RLCS world has to offer.

FUT Esports have had a decent season and won the Last Chance Qualifier, where they showed good form.

Their past performances in the Paris Major and the Esports World Cup have been lacking, as FUT have not made deep runs in either international event, suggesting they will struggle to make it far here too.
