Team Falcons have beaten Team Vitality twice this season, once in January and again in April. However, this is the first time the Falcons will face Vitality with karrigan as their in-game leader.
Falcons’ run so far this tournament has been solid. They lost one game in Stage 3 against the surging BetBoom Team, but handled G2 Esports (2-1), Monte (2-1), and Natus Vincere (2-1). The win against NaVi is impressive. The other two are nothing to write home about.
While the Falcons could’ve played better, they have the players who can go head-to-head with anyone. M0NESY is an elite-tier player who can do serious damage, and if NiKo can keep playing as well as he has so far and avoid slowing down in the playoffs, Falcons should not be underestimated.
The big concern with the Falcons is a lack of consistency. They can beat anyone, but lose to anyone just as easily.
