H2H - Blues Strong at Home

Leeds have a 41-39 advantage against Chelsea, alongside 30 draws.

Chelsea on a Roll in the EPL

Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea are fifth in the Premier League after a four-match winning streak. The West Londoners have scored 11 and conceded four in this spell.

The Blues won five consecutive games in all competitions in January before a 1-0 EFL Cup loss at Arsenal.

Chelsea responded with a 3-1 Premier League victory at Wolves. Cole Palmer scored a first-half hat-trick and the Blues dominated with 3.44-1.06 XG.

Leeds Struggle on the Road

Leeds have one of the 2025/26 Premier League’s worst away records, taking just seven points from 12 games. The Whites are winless in nine consecutive away games and have seen 27 goals.

Daniel Farke’s side lost 4-3 at Newcastle and drew 1-1 at Everton in their last two away games. Leeds followed the Everton stalemate with a 4-0 home loss to Arsenal.

The Yorkshire outfit replied with a 3-1 home win against Nottingham Forest on Friday. Jayden Bogle, Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored in the opening 49 minutes before Forest pulled a goal back.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Robert Sanchez; Malo Gusto, Wesley Fofana, Trevoh Chalobah, Marc Cucurella; Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez; Estevao, Cole Palmer, Pedro Neto; Joao Pedro

Full-back Reece James could return to the squad following a recent knock.

Defensive duo Levi Colwill and Tosin Adarabioyo are unavailable due to injury. Midfielder Dario Essugo and Jamie Gittens are also sidelined with injuries.

Leeds (3-5-2): Karl Darlow; James Justin, Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk; Jayden Bogle, Brenden Aaronson, Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev, Gabriel Gudmundsson; Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Noah Okafor

Anton Stach is ruled out with a groin issue. Daniel Farke ruled the midfielder out of the Chelsea game and said, “Only negative news is Anton Stach is struggling with hip problems, likely to miss the game on Friday and the Chelsea game.”

Verdict

Chelsea win a lot of games and have top-qaulity attacking players. The Blues can beat Leeds in a high-scoring Premier League clash.
