Man United have a 96-72 advantage against Everton, alongside 48 draws.

Everton Score and Concede on Merseyside

David Moyes’ Everton are in decent form with just two defeats from their previous eight in all competitions. The Merseyside outfit have seen BTTS in seven of those fixtures, conceding 11 goals.

Everton lost 4-2 at home against Brentford before drawing 1-1 with Wolves, Sunderland and Leeds. The Toffees faced 56 total shots in those home games.

Moyes’ outfit also gave up a 1-0 lead and lost 2-1 against Bournemouth at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. Iliman Ndiaye scored a first-half penalty before Everton allowed 1.33 XG and conceded twice after half time.

Man United See a Lot of Away Goals

Man United have seen BTTS in 92% of their away Premier League games this season. The Red Devils average 1.6 XG on the road this season, the highest XG in the division.

United have improved since Michael Carrick was appointed interim manager in mid-January. They won four matches in a row, scoring 10 and conceding four.

The Red Devils’ winning run ended with a 1-1 stalemate at West Ham. United allowed 1.11 XG, conceded first and Benjaim Sesko struck in the 96th minute.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

Defender Jake O’Brien is suspended. Forward Jack Grealish is sidelined with a broken foot.

Seamus Coleman is in contention to feature against United. David Moyes confirmed the experienced full-back’s availability and said, “Seamus [Coleman] is fit and available as well.”

Man United (4-2-3-1): Senne Lammens; Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw; Casemiro, Kobbie Mainoo; Amad Diallo, Bruno Fernandes, Matheus Cunha; Bryan Mbeumo

Winger Patrick Dorgu is unavailable due to a thigh injury. Defender Matthijs de Ligt is also out with a lower back issue.

Mason Mount is also an injury doubt following a recent knock. Michael Carrick gave a pre-match update on the midfielder’s condition and said, "Mason [Mount] is getting closer, we have to be patient with him.

“We don’t want to rush anything, he is getting closer. De Ligt is working towards it, he is a little bit behind Mason."

Verdict

Everton have seen a lot of goals at both ends in recent home games and United are BTTS specialists away. It’s worth sticking with BTTS and over 2.5 goals in the Premier League.
