In the upcoming Premier League clash, experts suggest betting on a draw between West Ham and Everton at the London Stadium. Notably, West Ham rarely lose on home turf, while Everton consistently secure points on their away outings. The anticipation of a tight contest drives the recommendation to consider odds on a draw, with specific odds of 3.5 for a standard draw and 7 for a 1-1 result. This betting insight highlights the balance both teams bring to the pitch, predicting a competitive and evenly matched game.

West Ham in Hard to Beat Form

West Ham are two points above the Premier League's relegation zone. The Hammers have gained 13 points from their last seven games to boost their survival chances.

Home form has been key to West Ham's relegation battle. Nuno Espirito Santo's side haven't lost in eight home games in all competitions, drawing six.

The East London side drew 2-2 at home against Leeds in the FA Cup before a commanding 4-0 victory over Wolves.

The Hammers extended their mini-unbeaten run with a 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace. West Ham restricted Palace to one shot on target and 0.73 XG.

Everton Are a Top Away Side

David Moyes' Everton have earned 25 of their 47 Premier League points on the road this season. The Merseyside outfit have lost just one of their last eight away matches.

The Toffees were unbeaten in six consecutive away league games before a 2-0 defeat at Arsenal. They responded with a 2-2 draw at Brentford, coming from behind twice to earn a point.

Moyes' side then fell to a 2-1 Merseyside derby defeat against Liverpool. Beto cancelled out Liverpool's first-half opener and Everton conceded a second in the 100th minute.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

West Ham (4-4-1-1): Mads Hermansen; Kyle Walker-Peters, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Axel Disasi, El Hadji Malick Diouf; Jarrod Bowen, Mateus Fernandes, Tomas Soucek, Crysencio Summerville; Pablo; Taty Castellanos

Goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski is sidelined with a lower back injury.

Everton (4-2-3-1): Jordan Pickford; Jake O'Brien, James Tarkowski, Michael Keane, Vitali Mykolenko; Idrissa Gueye, James Garner; Dwight McNeil, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Iliman Ndiaye; Thierno Barry

Striker Beto came off with a head injury against Liverpool and is an injury doubt. Winger Jack Grealish is ruled out with a foot problem.

Jarrad Branthwaite has been ruled out for the season with a hamstring injury. Everton confirmed the news in an official statement and said, “Everton confirm Branthwaite sustained a hamstring injury during [the] Merseyside derby.

“The injury is unrelated to the hamstring [injury], which required surgery in October, with a scan confirming no procedure is needed. [He] is unlikely to feature again this season.”

Verdict

West Ham don’t lose many games at home and Everton rarely drop Premier League points away. It’s worth backing the draw at the London Stadium.
