2025 Boat Race Odds – Cambridge dominant favourites for repeat Boat Race success

Oxford ended a run of three defeats when winning in 2022, but it has been back to Cambridge dominance since with successive wins in 2023 and 2024.

Cambridge have now claimed five wins in the last six editions of the world famous race on the Thames in London.

The last two have come against the odds with Cambridge outsiders in 2023 and 2024, but they will start as firm favourites with bet365 this time.

Cambridge are 1.36 to come out on top in Saturday's 170th Men's Boat Race. Oxford are 3.00 to win on Saturday, while it is 101 that the race finishes in a dead heat.

In the winning margin market, it is 1.72 for the winning distance to be more than two lengths, 3.40 that the margin is between 1 and 2 lengths and 4.00 that there is less than a boat length between the crews.

bet365 have also priced up the women’s race and it is near identical odds to the men's event with Cambridge at 1.30, Oxford considered 3.40 underdogs and a dead heat 101.

It is 1.61 for a margin of more than 2 lengths in the women's race, 3.60 for a distance of 1-2 lengths and 4.00 for less than a length between the boats.
