In the clash between Anyone’s Legend and Team WE on April 16, 2026, in the League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2026 Split 2, both teams are desperate for a victory. While Anyone’s Legend started strong but faced defeats against Top Esports and JD Gaming, Team WE is on a troubling three-game losing streak without showing much promise. Despite their current form, Anyone’s Legend seems better placed due to previous victories, including a decisive 3-0 win over Team WE in Split 1. This match is crucial for AL to regain momentum.

Anyone’s Legend vs Team WE Betting Predictions

Anyone’s Legend will look for a bounce-back win on Thursday, April 16, when they face off against Team WE in the third week of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2026 Split 2.

Both squads have struggled in the first rounds of the spring split. While Anyone’s Legend won their first match of Split 2, they’ve since lost two and are now in an unenviable position.

Meanwhile, Team WE enter Thursday’s match on a three-game losing streak, having failed to keep up with other teams in Group Ascend. And the eye test shows not only that WE are not keeping up, but also that they appear not to belong among the elite Chinese LoL teams.

  • Team WE are struggling
  • AL are on a two-game losing streak
  • A perfect opportunity for Anyone’s Legend to bounce back

Anyone’s Legend Are Struggling with Their Form

Anyone’s Legend have struggled more over the first two weeks of LPL 2026 Split 2 than many expected. They started the split with a 2-0 sweep against Weibo Gaming, but have since gotten crushed by Top Esports (0-2) and JD Gaming (0-2).

AL lost their last two games convincingly, and it is hard to say why. It is not like JD Gaming had any huge draft leads, yet they still ran over Anyone’s Legend with ease, mainly with a strong early game – this might be the recipe for beating AL this split.

Obviously, going 0-2 to start the split is not optimal, but it is also hard to say where Anyone’s Legend stand. They were one of the top teams in Split 1, and they’ve now lost against two strong teams, so we can give them some slack. Regardless, AL are not playing as well as anticipated.

Anyone’s Legend Squad & Team News

Team WE Do Not Belong in Group Ascend

Team WE are bad. That seems to be the overwhelming consensus in the LPL and it is hard to make a case against it.

They started LPL 2026 Split 2 with a 0-2 loss against Ninjas in Pyjamas and have since added two more 0-2 defeats against Top Esports and Invictus Gaming.

At this point, it is becoming very likely that Team WE will end the split without a single victory. They’ve already lost against two weaker teams in this group, and still have to play some of LPL’s heavyweights.
Until they show something, however, it is more than fair to be very pessimistic about Team WE and how far they can go.

Team WE Squad & Team News

No new changes for Team WE.

  • Dai "Cube" Yi – top lane
  • Wang "Monki" Mengqi – jungle
  • Kim "Karis" Hong-jo – mid lane
  • Moon "About" Hyeong-seok – ADC

Verdict

Anyone’s Legend are not in the best shape. It is impossible to hide that. However, they deserve some slack, as AL’s two losses came against Top Esports and JD Gaming, who produced outstanding performances in the two games.

On the other side, we have Team WE, who are 0-3 and deservingly so. WE have not shown anything inspiring in the three defeats, and that wasn’t even against LPL’s best teams. Barring any surprises, Team WE’s situation is only going to get worse.

This is a must-win match for Anyone’s Legend.
