Natus Vincere Are in Shaky Form

Natus Vincere have been producing a mixed bag of results this season. They started the year slow, then had a bit of a resurgence in March-May, with titles from ESL Pro League Season 23 and IEM Atlanta.

Since May, however, things haven’t been as fruitful for the Ukrainian team, who did not come close to reaching a podium finish in three straight events.

They finished the IEM Cologne Major in ninth-11th place, the Esports World Cup in ninth-16th, and BLAST open Fall in ninth-12th. Over that stretch, Natus Vincere have played 11 games and won just five – against paiN Gaming, The MongolZ (twice), 3DMAX, and Legacy.

They’ve lost all of the matches against higher-rated squads, and even against M80 in the first round of BLAST Open Fall, which indicates poor form and does not inspire much confidence that NaVi can realistically challenge for a StarLadder StarSeries trophy.
