Gen.G have so far been playing as well as expected. They defeated Invictus Gaming in the first round of action, and handed Hanwha Life Esports yet another loss in the second round of LoL Worlds.
The latter was a dominant showing from Gen.G, who took control of the game early and never let go of control. It was a methodical performance, with Gen.G, in their own fashion, slowly choking HLE out, fending off all of Hanwha Life’s attempts to get back into the match.
There’s not much to say about Gen.G. They have retained their tag as the best team of LoL Worlds.
